Once you have downloaded and installed Driver Detective, the software identifies the type of computer you have and allows you to start updating your drivers with just one click.

The scan progress screen shows the progress of the scan that has been completed as well as the individual files that are currently being scanned. The scan is incredibly fast and will scan your system in just a few seconds.

The scan results screen displays the total number of drivers that has been detected on your PC. The scan summary provides a useful chart displaying the number of out of date drivers, devices with no drivers, up to date drivers and system drivers. Once you have the scan results on screen the out of date drivers on your computer can be automatically updated in just a few clicks.

The download history screen provides a useful resource of all the drivers have been updated on your system. It also shows the current status of driver downloads that are in progress, their file name, description, type, operating system and download rate.

The system information and scan intelligence screen allows you to automatically select the drivers required for your specific hardware configuration. All driver downloads will automatically be saved to a folder on your computer for fast access and automatic updating.

The Driver Detective easy migrator will automatically scan your computer's hardware, download all of the latest drivers for your new operating system and finally create a device driver migration CD. Simply select your new operating system and start the easy migrator.
